Eligibility and Account Registration

Age Limit and Eligibility

Minimum requirements to use kg9bet services:

  • Members must be 21 years of age or older.
  • You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
  • Each person may open only one account.
  • Anyone whose account was previously banned or closed may not open a new account.

Account Responsibility

All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date:

  • Providing false information during registration may result in account cancellation.
  • Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential.
  • Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.
  • The member is solely responsible for all activity carried out through their account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

kg9bet may request identity verification documents from a member at any time. These may include a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. This is a mandatory process for user protection and fraud prevention.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

Deposit

The following terms apply when depositing funds into kg9bet:

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
  • All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
  • The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the member's own name.

Withdrawal

The following terms must be followed for withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
  • If the wagering requirements of a bonus have not been met, the withdrawal process will be blocked.
  • kg9bet reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.

Currency and Taxes

All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Applicable taxes and charges (if any) are the member's own responsibility. kg9bet does not manage personal income tax or VAT — these remain the personal responsibility of the member.

Section 04

Bonus and Promotional Terms

Welcome Bonus

New members at kg9bet will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25x. This means the total bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

  • The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only.
  • Bonus balance is tracked separately from real money.
  • Multiple bonus claims from the same household or IP address are not permitted.
  • If bonus abuse is detected, kg9bet reserves the right to cancel the account and forfeit the bonus.

VIP and Cashback Program

The kg9bet VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the member's activity and engagement with the platform. All bonus and cashback terms are at kg9bet's discretion and may change at any time.

General Bonus Rules

  • All promotional offers are subject to specific time limits, minimum deposit amounts, and wagering requirements.
  • If a bonus is not fulfilled within the designated period, it will be automatically cancelled.
  • Multiple bonuses may not be used simultaneously unless specifically stated.
  • kg9bet reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any advertised bonus at any time.

Prohibited Activities and Member Responsibilities

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

  • Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
  • Opening or operating multiple accounts.
  • Money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
  • Abusing bonuses or promotions (bonus abuse).
  • Hacking or attempting to breach the platform's security.
  • Harassing or defrauding other members.
  • Making deposits or withdrawals using a third-party account.
  • Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.

Member Responsibilities

Every member commits to using the platform responsibly. Members must always ensure that online gaming is legal in their place of residence. kg9bet does not provide legal advice, and members are responsible for staying informed about the laws of their own country. Use of the platform is entirely at the member's own discretion and risk.

Section 06

Betting and Gaming Specific Rules

Sports Betting

  • All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
  • kg9bet reserves the right to change or cancel incorrectly published odds resulting from technical errors.
  • The decision of the relevant authority is final in determining sports event results.

Casino and Slot Games

  • All games are operated by a certified random number generator (RNG).
  • Game rounds completed due to a technical error may be cancelled.
  • The rules of the game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) also apply.
  • If a connection is lost during a game session, the game state will be restored upon the next login.

Account Suspension and Closure

kg9bet may close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Suspicion of money laundering.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.

Voluntary Account Closure

Any member may request to close their account at any time. To do so, please contact support via our 24/7 live chat or email. All valid withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed. Self-exclusion requests are also accepted as part of responsible gaming.
